Parlour Sales
Herringbone
Most common design used on dairy farms with smaller herds. The cattle stand at a 45-degree angle, which offers the milker a different access point to the udder than the parallel designs and allows for different types of equipment to be used.
Rotary Parlours
A design where the herd stand on a circular raised platform, allowing the farmer to attach the milking machine from below. The platform rotates slowly allowing cows to enter and exit at different intervals.
Rapid Exits
This design includes a parallel stall which provides milkers with quick cow positioning and an easy access to the udder. Each cow has their own clearly defined space and once the cow has been milked the bailing raises to facilitate an unobstructed exit.

SmartSPRAY
SmartSPRAY is an automatic teat spray system for rotary platforms. Positioned in every bail and activated by a signal from an electronic cup remover, SmartSPRAY overcomes the issues of manual teat spraying. SmartSPRAY ensures complete teat coverage no matter what position the cow stands in the bail.

Waikato Milking Systems make a wide range of liners to suit a wide variety of cows. Manufactured from only high quality synthetic and natural rubber (and compounds), our liners represents 100% genuine Waikato Milking Systems replacement parts for your milking machine.
Waikato 320 Claw
Large bore milk inlets and outlets improve milk flow and milk evacuation while promoting a stable dynamic milking environment. Interchangeable pulse blocks allow quick upgrades to be made with ease. The Waikato 320 Claw offers unsurpassed milk extraction capacity plus a modern design for simple use.
Waikato Shells
Waikato Teat Cup Shells are strong, robust and locally made. They are made from high-grade stainless steel to provide a lifetime of solid performance. The nipples are designed to position the short air tube accurately and in line with the pulse chamber on the claw.
Hush Kit
A Hush Kit dampens the overpowering noise you get from your machine’s air injectors. Not only does this allow you to comply with noise regulations, it improves the environment of your dairy.
Cluster Washer
The G2 is Waikato Milking Systems premium cluster washing solution. It offers versatility with adjustable flow control and three cup size choices. Suitable for any cluster / liner combination, the G2’s strong one-piece moulding is hygenic and provides superior cleaning.
FC Cluster Washer
The FC is an economical cluster washing system designed for smaller dairies. Adjustable flow rate and three cup size choices provide flexibility in the wash routine.
Electronic Air Injector
Air Injector digitally controls your wash system with maximum flexibility. Both the air blast time and the cycle timing can be adjusted independent of each other and it is versatile enough to work with any milking machine where a slug wash system is used.
SmartDRIVE
A Waikato SmartDRIVE milk pump control system controls the way a milk pump responds to incoming milk volume and evens out the pumped flow to maximise the effects of cooling.
Milk Recovery System
The Milk Recovery System ensures most of the milk in your milk recovery system is emptied into the bulk tank at the end of milking. A pneumatic device with an electrical timer, the Milk Recovery System works off your own air compressor or pressure tank.
Fristram Centrifugal Pump
Designed with German precision, the Fristam centrifugal milk pump is the top of the line solution for pumping milk around the dairy. The robust build ensures a long service life and is ideal for use in larger rotary dairies.
SmartDRIVE Vacuum Pump Controller
A Waikato SmartDrive variable speed vacuum pump controller is a specialised control system designed to dynamically control the operation of your vacuum pump. Using digital sensors the milking system vacuum is continually monitored and the vacuum pump speed adjusted according to airflow demand.
Blower Vacuum Pumps
Designed specifically for vacuum applications and suited to dairy farm conditions, the four pump sizes available offer airflow from 1000 to 11500 Litres per minute. With this type of capacity, only 1 pump is required for even the largest dairy.
Swing Arm
An extremely efficient swing over device for your herringbone dairy, the Waikato Milking System Swing Arm promotes excellent cluster alignment and good udder health. In addition, it creates clear pit space and an improved work area for your operator.
SmartECR
The SmartECR is Waikato Milking Systems premier cup remover solution. The system integrates seamlessly with other “Smart” technologies to trigger an automated sequence of events during milking while enabling the operator to customise the routine.
UltimateECR
The Ultimate electronic cup remover is made from high-grade stainless steel and its durability is guaranteed. It is a high performance, reliable system designed to reduce labour costs in a wide range of milking routines.
BailMate
Controlling the animals on your rotary platform has never been easier. BailMate rams have been designed to operate with either ULTIMATE or SMART ECRs. Their purpose is to lower and raise a BailGate when the cup removers are activated.
Waikato NT24
Unique internal valving system allows the NT24 to be flushed with water during operation. A 24 Volt DC operating system means more pulsators on smaller power supplies. Options for 1 NT24 pulsator per cluster or 1 pulsator per 2 clusters. New electronic component design includes “short circuit” and “over current” protection with adjustable rate and ratios.
SmartD-TECT
SmartD-TECT is a breakthrough in mastitis identification technology. No other system automatically tests each quarter individually during milking to accurately notify the operator of potential mastitis cases. SmartD-TECT replaces a regular pulsation system in the dairy. The design is discrete, milking time and yeild is not affected and the technology can be retrofitted or installed into any conventional milking system.
SmartPuls
SmartPuls is a digital pulsation system that creates a steady cyclic pressure change that opens and closes your teatcup liner consistently and dependably at every milking. Designed to limit the development of congestion and oedema in the teat tissues during machine milking, the SmartPuls technology ensures the pulsation works in harmony with your cows.
Pulsation Filtered Air
The Pulsation Filtered Air is a low cost effective way to enhance the longevity of your pulsation system. It protects your pulsators from dust and other airborne contamination. Each filter with up to 5 pulsators and is easy to clean and maintain.
Pulseguard
PulseGuard is a discrete devise that prohibits small stones and other material from damaging your pulsators. It is economical and fits with most 2+2 pulsation systems. PulseGuard prevents against costly downtime caused by the accidental transmission of foreign matter.
